With a career spanning a diverse spectrum of industries, I have garnered extensive experience and expertise in financial management, business processes, and strategic leadership. My background includes a successful tenure as a public accountant serving a range of clients from startups to non-profits to Fortune 100 companies, where I honed my skills in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.

My transition into a technology and infrastructure startup allowed me to create efficient and scalable business processes, optimize company costs, and own the creation of strategic initiatives, contributing to an 6 month extension of runway.

I then went on to own the strategy and operations for a global big tech company. I spearheaded initiatives to set top-level global strategy, drive operational excellence, and combine/create new organizational structures. This has increased in-market effectiveness 300%, closed the gap to competitors by 60%.

As far as education, I have an MBA from UCLA, a Master’s in Accounting from UNC Chapel Hill, and a BA Philosophy from University of Michigan.

When I look at potential clients, my primary mission is to build myself out of a job. My philosophy is that if a Company/team cannot implement the systems and processes themselves, then I am not setting anyone up for success. The problem is only truly solved when I am no longer needed.
